Barile did not follow sterile storage protocol with the Isovue injectable. There are no preservatives in Isovue so it is very prone to being contaminated in 10’hrs. Isovue was was stored in drawers in the lunch room. No records were kept ,no dates , sloppy practices. He wantonly disregarded the safety of his patients or any hypocratic pm I’ve ever seen.
