I recently moved my elderly parent out of her home and had the displeasure of working with Mr. Fry. He either does not understand how contracts work or simply does not respect a written agreement. After closing on the house he continuously harassed me about getting out of the house before the contracted vacancy date. He made an already stressful season of life traumatic and nearly unbearable.
