I was nervous coming to my first visit, now I’m glad that I did. Dr. Forrest helped me understand all the emotions I was going through after mom passed away. He is patient, understanding and provides a clear guidance. Doctors are blessings from above, don’t think too much and come see Dr Forrest if you are going through any type of distress, he’ll help you with kindness and respect. I highly recommend Dr. Forrest.

Dr. Forrest has changed my life! He made me understand why I function the way I do, and helped me break through trauma that I had been holding inside my entire life. He is knowledgeable, patient, and is very professional. I look forward to my sessions every week, he puts me at ease in the beginning with random small talk (which always makes me laugh). Also, he has snacks, my granola bar and water is always waiting for me! If you can get an appointment, do yourself a favor and book it.

Dr. Forrest is insightful and caring, and actually pays attention to what you’ve said. He’s knowledgable on many topics related to mental health, and has provided me with some great questions to ask my medical doctors, as well. Highly recommend!
