I had a wonderful experience.. I a scheduled appointment plus a dental issue.. Dr. Fernandez took care of the issue. Dr. Fernandez is the best!!
I t's always been excellent care & also customer service. I love the new modern state of the art location. I will definitely recommend Dr Michael Fernandez practice, his whole staff are great.
My six-year-old daughter is always nervous for her dentist appointments, but Dr. Fernandez and his staff are amazing at making her feel comfortable...From being able to watch her favorite show while in the chair to the exciting prize drawer! And the new office is amazing with top of the line technology and beautiful decor! A+ dentist for sure!
I have been going to /visiting dentists for almost 60 years. And, I can tell you that Michael Fernandez is The Best Dentist Ever! Dr. Fernandez is gentle and thorough and he has all the latest hi-tech dental equipment in his office! And what's even better... his Dental Hygienist Christina is the most gentle and thorough cleaning dental hygienist ever!
Love the new premises... awesowme. Wonderful hygienist and even better news, no cavities! Fist class operation. Highly recommend this practice. Really friendly staff. A brilliant experience. A Navy dentist at the helm... stering in the right direction... healthy nashers... Thanks you guys.
As someone who is terrified of going to the dentist it's hard to find a place that puts you at ease but I have nothing but good things to day about all the wonderful people at Dr. Fernandez's office. I always see Christina for my cleanings and she is just a gem. Everyone is very helpful and personable and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
I have a huge fear of dental procedures and honestly anything going into my mouth with a sharp instrument. Jennifer at the front desk was incredible, professional and made me feel very comfortable; this to me is very important, because if the staff is rude and not helpful, I'm not coming back. This was the exact opposite. Dr. Fernandez answered the phone as others were busy, they all help. No one seems to be above anyone at this practice and that is great to witness. I've been going here for years. Dr. Fernandez will never press you for some expensive thing you don't need. If you will need it in the future he lets you know. He is a really good dentist. The equipment is state of the art. Your crown is made there. No coming back for it. The staff are faces you know. Not different people all the time. Everyone is very caring and nice. They are like family. I can't say enough good things about this practice!
