If I could give this office a zero star review I would. The office staff in the office is the worst we've ever worked with. Dr Flink is great, but the office staff is absolutely worthless. 4 months working with the to try to get a migraine medication and them saying they were working on "Prior Authorization" is absolutely garbage. They always say they will call back after we call with questions and never do. My brother's headaches have been debilitating and the office staff could not care less if they tried. Dr. Flink. Ive been telling u for 10 years my memory issues are worsening by the year. I felt gaslit from you, you always said it was the Topamx and NEVER listened to me. I’d like to share that you are wrong. I had extensive neuropsych testing confirming that it’s not the meds causing my memory issues as you told me every single time I came in. I’ve been off it for months and my results show significant memory issues , retest in a year to see if it’s early onset dementia. Ive been recommended to go on Namenda. Which will slo... read more

Called and called asking flink or lower to call me . Left messages with the receptionist about ultrasound exablate nevro a procedure to reduce Parkinson’s. No one has called me back . It’s been a month. Not the receptionist, nurse, flink, lower. Next appointment is December. I am a forgotten patient !
Always a positive experience with Dr. Flink. I would definitely recommend his practice.
