Now non-renewable since 1986....35 years in TN with no issues because of towing windshield replacement and a non-injury incident which could have paid for out of pocket (a dent) and thrown to the wind. Ok. Moved on and better for it. Car and rental (done) and soon life will be with new carrier. My family will soon follow. Word of mouth carries a lot of weight and influence.
I am really thinking of taking my business elsewhere. The staff is not like it was when I first started doing business here 20 years ago. This office really has declined. Im writing this because I'm annoyed that they have not updated their records and called me about a payment for insurance for a home I moved out of 4 months ago and I notified them of the change. While I'm at it, a few years ago they threatened to drop me or not pay for tow services (don't remember which) because I needed a locksmith 2x in a year. The money ... read more
