Been our family doctor for over 10 years now and we wouldn't go anywhere else.
The respect and professional concern that Dr. Ferguson shows is very much appreciated. When you are concerned about a medical problem he is the very best at explaining the situation and making sure you are given all the information that is needed to assure your health is priority.
Dr Ferguson is a very conscientious doctor that follows up on his really sick patients. When he deems it necessary, house calls will be made to care for his patients. He takes the time from his busy schedule of helping to build homes for habitat, to volunteering to feed the homeless to call and checkup in the well-being of his patients as well as visit them when they are in the hospital (to make sure all Drs are aware of all health issues) I am very honored to have him as my husband's & my Dr.
Dr. Fergurson is an excellent doctor who listens to your concerns and treats his patients with great respect.
Dr. Ferguson is an amazing person and Doctor. I had to take my son to urgent care one night for stitches. He even manages to keep the staff happy (this is not the norm at after hours urgent care). My son and I had no worries whatsoever. Dr. Ferguson completely put our minds at eas (this was the 1st time my son had stitches). Dr. Ferguson's caring heart and compassion is existant all the time and not just at a 10 minute check up. I can't say enough about him. My 6 year old likes going to the Dr.
This the best and most knowledgeable Doctor I have ever met in my lifetime.
Dr. Ferguson treats the person, not the symptoms. It may take a little bit longer waiting to see him than most, but his skill, expertise and treatment is worth it. He doesn't treat you like a #, nor does he make you feel like prodded cattle, herding you in and out as fast as possible to make a patient quota. If Dr. Ferguson every leaves College Park Family Care, so will I.
My son, husband, and I moved to Overland Park in 2005. Dr. Ferguson has helped all three of us to overcome many health issues that weren't address with our former physician, although we brought up the symptoms frequently. He truly treats his patients as if they were family members, and he listens to us. I often call him Sherlock, because he's diagnosed a few issues that are difficult, such as a rare autoimmune disorder I'm currently dealing with. He's a wonderful doctor and person.
