Went to Dr Falcone about a year ago and told him i had double jaw surgery in 2020 and was having post nasal drip, no drainage from my nose and he said all that was just normal. He barely put a scope in my nose and looked at prior scans from another doctor and advised I was just fine. Went to Duke University and found there is a blockage and some abnormalities from my surgery and that is what is causing my issues. Dr. Falcone was arrogant and seemed very uncaring of my symptoms.
First visit to this office. The staff was very friendly and easy to speak with, but I felt Dr. Falcone didn't take my issue seriously enough. He spent a good bit of the time talking about himself, I'm sure in an effort to connect, rather than letting me explain what I was there for. That being said, he seemed knowledgeable and competent.
