Dr. Falcone was our second opinion after being treated rather poorly by another ENT. He took the time to talk us through all of our options and addressed all of our concerns. He truly went above and beyond. His office is farther away from our house but we are very happy to make the switch and drive the extra distance for him. He is amazing and we feel confident with choosing him to treat our child.
My experience is always good with Dr. Falcone. However this was the first time my skin was burnt during cauterization of my nose.
Doctor Falcone was gentle and asked if I was ok during the procedure to remove a mass on my neck. The whole staff at CEENTA University office are very friendly, professional and personable. I would highly recommend this practice.
