So 2 years ago I got hit in the eye with a stick and went to Doctor Magro who assured me it would be fine but never informed me that it would be billed towards my medicaid insurance and I would lose my eye exam coverage until I wasted my time & walked to his office 3 months later for my eye exam and was told I did not have insurance.I called my insurance to find out what was going on and they told me. ????, been going to Dr Magro for 5 years now. He is a thorough Dr, He does not mis lead you,explains what you ask him, No Fancy Deals, gimmick, all who work 4 him are very professional and courteous. Doesn’t look down if you have Medicaid for insurance, very good selection of Frames& Services. On 4/21 I opted for transitional lenses and my insurance paid half Thanks to his office .

Glasses and frame were returned, they refuse to return my $55 copay. They misrepresented policy, attempted to shame me, and berated me in front of other customers. Glasses returned in August, after repeated calls and request there's been no reply.

Dr. Margo is very knowledgeable, patient and caring especially with children but most important he is a honest doctor. I have always had pleasant visits with him. I recommend him to all people young or old.

Been going there for about ten years now. The staff there are alway very pleasant and friendly. He's a great caring Doctor also..
