The front office staff talked over me rudely when trying to ask questions for an understanding about office charges & billing. During the conversation I was accused of being “aggressive” when calmly interrupting them (after they interrupted me) in an attempt for them to understand my question because when they initially interrupted me they went off on a total different subject opposite to the question I was trying to ask. Great doctor! He is extremely professional and knows what he is talking about. I never have any concern when I see him for any issue!

The practice always gets you in when you are sick. They are wonderful.
I have seen Dr. Carter for many years. He is always kind and caring, and I have very high confidence in his diagnoses. I very much like how he makes himself and his staff available even if I only have a question to ask. Also, not only did he find my husband's cancer, but he found it early enough that effective treatment could be had before major bodily harm had occurred. I highly recommend Dr. Carter to anyone seeking a family physician.

Incredibly pleased. Dr. Carter is thorough, takes a lot of time to talk and LISTEN to me, and is easy to schedule for appointments. I had seen more than 10 doctors/specialists in an effort to identify what turned out to be a rare condition. He took the time to study my records and ultimately sent me to THE specialist I needed to see. I still see Dr. Carter for "normal" needs and highly recommend his practice.
