The front office staff talked over me rudely when trying to ask questions for an understanding about office charges & billing. During the conversation I was accused of being “aggressive” when calmly interrupting them (after they interrupted me) in an attempt for them to understand my question because when they initially interrupted me they went off on a total different subject opposite to the question I was trying to ask.
