Dr Michael Bowen is amazing! I broke my fibula and tore my ligaments on Feb 6th 2024, the Tuesday before my Ski Trip. He suggested surgery because he was confident there was 85% chance I had damaged everything. He was right. He promised I would ski again, so after 8 screws, one plate and a pin, my surgery was complete. Everything went as he said no surprises right down to the pain level. Nine months ago, our son was injured while playing a sport he truly loves. At the time, our biggest concern was whether he’d ever be able to play again. Dr.Bowen preformed a complete ankle fusion on my right ankle. Before surgery I was in constant pain with a pain level at a 10. After a year the pain level is down to a 1. I am able to walk long distances with minor pain elevation. With all my past experiences surgeries, this is by gar the best turn around. As far as I am concerned Dr.Bowen worked miracles with my ankle. In layman terms, he made chicken salad out of chicken shit with my ankle.
