I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They listened to everything I had to say. I got all of my questions answered. I most definitely feel like I got 5 star care. I would highly recommened Dr. Michael Ellis to a friend or colleague.
The entire staff at St. Francis Psychiatry are amazing! I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to care for the needs of my daughter! From the three behind the front desk, to the nurses, and Dr. Ellis, we are very thankful to have such a wonderful care team! 🙏🏾💕☺️
We love Dr. Ellis!! My daughter has seen him for many years now and always fells safe talking to him. And now he is seeing my son. He listens and never makes the sessions feel rushed.
DO NOT. This is the WORST staff I've ever come across. I called my child's prescription in 3 different times and after calling the office they then told me I can't get a refill because my child hasn't seen the doctor in awhile. They never called to tell me that. And my child is completely Out of medication. And the first appointment they can give me is 20 days away. If you need a reliable staff and doctor do not use them. Not to mention the time they where incapable of testing my child for his autism. ABSOLUTELY TRASH PERIOD
