After doing extensive research and comparing multiple procedure photos on RealSelf, I finally decided to commit to Dr. Elam to preform my septorhinoplasty surgery . Even though his facility was 2 hours away from my Iocation I thought it would be worth the drive.. Well, I WAS RIGHT! Look no further when considering a Plastic Surgeon. Dr. Elam is friendly, caring, and makes you feel very comfortable with the experience. My surgery was virtually painless, I had a little discomfort the next day but nothing I couldn't handle. My surgery included Rhinoplasty, Brow Lift, Implant Replacement and Liposuction under my arms and top of my back. Looking forward to going back and continuing my "Body Lift" as I call it.
