Excellent staff and denists. Very caring.
This review is a long time coming. I became a patient of Dr. Meyer in 2009 in order to get crowns on my 2 front teeth to fix my smile from damage done in an accident 10 years prior. I had no dental insurance and paid out of pocket. Although when they were finished, one was a little bit longer than the other and stuck out a little more, I was just so happy to feel more like myself again. Fast forward a little more than 3 years. Not a good experience at all, charged a family member for exray when they sent us a coupon for free "exrays" then when we worked for close to year to get the refund, they stalled and stalled. Finally after filling multiple complaints and BBB and Attorney general they begrudgingly refunded the money to this young struggling college student. Horrible dentist office in our opinion. I have gone here since 2009 without any problems at all. The only reason I gave 4 instead of five stars is that on my first visit they told me about all of the things that they offer and I took it as a hard sell. I said I didn't like that andThey I have never had an ounce of problems since. I also asked for the same hygienist each time and I get that which I like.
