Very Pleasant Experience Didn't know what to expect because he was next to Sam's Club. I was pleasantly surprised how fast I was taken in after just walking in. Secretary was very kind and helpful answering my questions about prices. Dr. Le is efficient and thorough. He put me in these awesome contacts that I can sleep in if I wanted. Expensive and Inconsiderate! They had 2 of us for the same appointment time. I arrived 2nd (10 minutes before my appointment) so I was the one who had to wait. Ok so this was not a good impression, but I let it go. As the receptionist/assistant was walking me into the exam room, she was questioning what type of contacts I wear. This is when I learned that they were going to charge me extra for the simple fact that I have an astigmatism and "IF" the Dr. decided I need to be in multi-focal lenses, that would cast even more.
