Received a response from his admin May that Dr Lara would not see me for a consult citing that I should see an in-person provider. When I asked for the reasoning and a referral I received no response. Seems like an unprofessional approach.
I initially had a great experience with Dr. Lara, but working with his wife/office biller-May- has been a disaster. She is harsh and doesn’t seem to care about the outcomes of the patients. After my experience with Dr. Lara for 2 years, however, he decided we can no longer work together due to a misunderstanding and his desire to bill me for an appointment we never agreed to.
