I would give him 0 out of 5 stars if possible. He seems to be very passive, is condescending and unprofessional, and has created and participated in hostile situations while not being a neutral third party with the child’s best interest as the most important. The practice won’t allow you to switch doctors otherwise we would in a heartbeat.

Although we love Dr. Klemm, his phone nurse is horrible and rude. Her name is Tosha and after several miscommunications between myself and the phone nurse, I finally had my limit when Tosha yelled at me on the phone. I asked her to stop yelling at me and she said that she thought I couldn't hear. I told her everytime we speak, she is rude and hostile. I asked that I could speak with another nurse from then on and she said ask for another nurse and hung up the phone on me. Five days later, I get a letter from Dr. Klemm saying... read more

We got to got to him because our regular HPA doctor was out. Oh, how I wish Dr.Klemm was our regular doctor. His nurse was so nice. He was so friendly-and took the time to visit(like dr visits used to be!). Our regular doctor, is always s in a hurry, and treats you like a number...

I would rate him 0/5 stars if possible. My child's Pediatric Primary Care Physician for over 2 years. Following a drug interaction, Dr. Klemm "REFUSED" to see my child, or allow me to even make an appointment, after great concern was expressed to his Nurse - twice! His Nurse was rude, dismissed my concerns, stated that they were "per Dr. Klemm". After bringing my child to another medical professional, I was told that this was inexcusable, unwarranted and had never heard of such behavior!
