The only complaint I have is that without fail, I have to wait to be seen. I arrive on time and I see those who arrived after me being called to the back. And I realize we aren't seeing the same dentist or my dentist may have run into unforseen complications with a patient, but it's still frustrating to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to my appointment as to show respect for the doctor's time only to wait another 5 to 15 minutes past appointment time.
Great staff. Personable & professional. Questions were answered & explained so that I understood everything.
2nd review I’ve done because of my experience, and I’ll say it… nobody likes going to the dentist but I had a cleaning done today and the hygienist was amazing. She still made the best out of the appointment by cracking jokes and was so personable. I wish I could remember her name. But I was there on 10/20 around 1… special shout out to her, you know who you are, thank you again for all you do. You are all appreciated!
