Horrible dentist! Told me that I had all these problems with my teeth which was not the case at all because I got a second opinion from another dentist! Avoid please!!!
Let's just say I was given unnecessary work that led to me having to loose a tooth and a host of other issues. AVOID! DON'T BE FOOLED BY HIS SALESMAN GIMMICK!
Dr. Michael Segnini did my Invisalign and teeth whitening. The finished product is AMAZING! My teeth look beautiful and are absolutely perfectly aligned. He’s very concerned about his patients and his staff is always friendly. If you are looking for Invisalign or a great dentist I would highly suggest going to St. James Dental Care and seeing Dr. Michael Segnini.
He is nasty. He is money hungry. His front receptionist, Mindy, is also incredibly nasty. I would not recommend him to anyone. He did crowns and they were short but I didn't want to deal with him anymore.
I was waiting to speak to Michael E. Segnini before writing this review but after speaking with him, I now understand why his Receptionist Mindy is also rude and lacking basic customer service skills. I saw the dentist in March of this year for a consultation and x-rays at which time we discussed the need for me to see a Periodontist which I did and liked but couldn't afford, so I am going to the clinic at Stony Brook. BEST DENTIST EVER! Dr. Segnini & his staff are absolutely phenomenal!! The wait time was literally less than 2 minutes, amazing bed side manners, the front desk really tries to work with you & tries to get you in ASAP. I highly recommend this office. Just WOW all around!
