Wonderful doctor that really takes the time to understand you personally in order to help you heal in all ways. I'm very happy he is my doctor.
When you find a doctor who has a tremendous knowledge of modern medicine plus the personal demeanor of an old school personal doctor; you have hit the jackpot. Finding Dr. Mulligan gave me the feeling as if I just hit the jackpot!
Dr Michael is an awesome doctor. He is caring, knowledgeable and honest. He talks so you understand. He is a great example of a doctor and should be proud of himself for his care to his patients. Can’t say enough good things, he outstanding!
