OFFICE MANAGER ANDREA AND STAFF are the worst. They cancelled my virtual appointment because i could fill out the patient information sent by them in a format that I could not write on it as this document was a picture taken in a pdf format. They told me to print it and send back. I explained to them I did not have a printer and due to Covid virus in Florida i just did not want to go out and being exposed. The support staff offer no support, your emergency is there "suggestion". the support staff works like postal employees.
Dr. Patino is an amazing doctor but unfortunately his office team is the most disrespectful and rude I ever seen. The office manager Andrea James is rude and don't care about the patients, she hang up the phone on you, is helpless and very rude. Is so sad that dr like Patino loose patients beacause of that.
