You might have to wait, but you know once you get in, Dr. Daniels will spend time with you and make you feel like a human being and not a product to be moved along the assembly line. Julia is also great, they work very well together.But I have to agree with other posters, Optum isn't the best, and contrary to popular belief, YES, you CAN fail, even if you are big!
I have been a member since 1976 and have always had superb care. I am worried that Optum leadership does not know how to support all its professional personnel. Every doctor at Optum is being treated with less respect than in the past and some of my doctors have quit. Leadership at Optum better listen to your doctors and help improve their lives. It is common now to hear patients saying they will quit the group due to Optum's negligent treatment of their fine doctors. Don't destroy a great practice!!!!

I had major accident and injuries. My stitches were removed but no other evaluation or checking. Maybe because I made appointment for stitches.
