Extremely poor service and very rude. Has no ettiquetts to talk with his own staff. Was talking very rudely with her own staff who was helping me. It was sad to see poor girl saying sorry to him. He contradicted most of her statements. No integrity here. The owner is super cheap. Didn't give me a copy of my order in print when I requested to give, to save his photocopier print. Wasn't helpful. I will highly discourage anyone to come to this place, unless you wanna ruin your peace of mind. I have hardly experienced such a cus... read more

I've used Dr Chin for several years now. He has always been very professional and helpful. Twice, I've brought back frames that were damaged (once my fault and once because the nose pad was malformed). Both times, he fixed the issue right away. His staff is young, inexperienced, and ever-changing. I suspect they are interns since I don't think I've ever seen the same one working there. I've never had a bad experience, though. And Dr Chin usually checks their measurements (another reason to suspect interns) One ongoing issue ... read more
