Dr Casser is very knowledgeable and caring .
I work in the mental healthcare field and several of my clients are patients of Dr. Casser. He is an excellent PCP very concerned with his patients and gets to know them by name and not just anothe patient. He knows their personalities and all. dr. casser always tries to do what is best for the patient.
I had a terrible experience here. All of the equipment is very old, outdated. The office has a very drab feeling. Dr. Casser was not a very nice person. He didnt care about any of my concerns and was sarcastic. He tried to draw blood and missed my vein 3 times. Thats never happened to me in my life. My arm pained for 4 days after that. Protect yourself and dont go here. I feel terrible to leave this but I think it’s important people are aware of the experience here.
