I did not hire this company. I had an issue with a leaky toilet tank. After describing the issue and the remedial steps I had already taken to Michael Allen, he confirmed that what I had done is what he would have done himself. He acknowledged that he did not want to take advantage of me by charging me for a visit for only a few minutes' worth of work. Dr Daly is an extremely professional, briliant and patient-centred doctor. She is extremely bright and quickly evaluates symptoms, orders appropriate tests to diagnose the problem. Including the patient in treatment options. Often she calls me directly on the phone to discuss results! Last year when I had an urgent medical concern while travelling, she moved mountains to get me quickly to the relevant medical expert.
