Michael was amazing to work with from beginning to end when my house sale closed. As it turned out I had some open permits from an addition and he secured the paperwork for me to apply for permits and lead me through the process to get them closed. He secured contactors to bid on job that needed to be completed before my home went on the market. As I was a long distance seller, he was at my home to get the work done!
