I can’t say enough positive things about Michael! He’s exceptionally knowledgeable, but besides that, his customer service is truly wonderful. That is so rare these days. I waited until the last minute to get my act together and Michael answered the weekend phone call and walked me through the process over the phone. I went from panic to calm within the time frame of our phone call. Could not recommend him more highly!
