If It Wasn't for Dr. Drury, I Would Have Left Years Ago Always a long wait for an appointment. If you are late, however, even if by 5 minutes, they cancel your appointment and you cannot get fit in even if they haven't reached the time when you would have been called back. Front desk personnel, and office manager, are not friendly at all. Office manager behaves as if your business is not appreciated, and if you left, she could care less. Drury, Anasazi Internal Medicine Office staff books one appointment on top of another and the wait times are in excess of 45 minutes on average. The physicians assistants never pick up a phone so they are impossible to reach and you end up playing phone-tag for weeks. There is no service for automated lab results so you have to talk to the assistant. The office is poorly run but the physicians are good.

Happy with our medical care My husband and I both see Dr. Drury. Sometimes the office gets behind schedule and there is a wait, but we are very pleased with the quality of care we get from Dr. Drury. He's patient, thorough and attentive to his patients. A nice office and friendly staff too!
