If It Wasn't for Dr. Drury, I Would Have Left Years Ago Always a long wait for an appointment. If you are late, however, even if by 5 minutes, they cancel your appointment and you cannot get fit in even if they haven't reached the time when you would have been called back. Front desk personnel, and office manager, are not friendly at all. Office manager behaves as if your business is not appreciated, and if you left, she could care less. CEO Dr Feldman has no compassion for people who have any kind of health issues or problems. He is only concerned about how much money he can put in his pocket. That is why the wait is hours not minutes. He schedules patients every 10 minutes. He doesn't take time to listen and evaluate. His manager (his wife) is heartless to staff that is why you see new faces everytime you go there. Not a good example of a caring atmosphere. Drury, Anasazi Internal Medicine Office staff books one appointment on top of another and the wait times are in excess of 45 minutes on average. The physicians assistants never pick up a phone so they are impossible to reach and you end up playing phone-tag for weeks. There is no service for automated lab results so you have to talk to the assistant. The office is poorly run but the physicians are good.
Very poor service Allow at least 30 minutes to be on hold when you call. When I was there most of the front desk personnel were in the back room eating and visiting and ignoring the phones - it wasn't lunch time. Not answering the phones has nothing to do with the "experiencing high call volume" the recording says. It is just POOR service. Dr. Sturdivant was good, but I don't have time to waste 30 minutes waiting on the phone when I need to make an appointment.
Don't call unless you have lots of time! It's next to impossible to get through to anybody there...My wife waited on the phone 15 minutes today just to leave a message! This was a short wait!
Longquist Mark Md is great. Dr. Lonquist is a great doctor with excellent training. He is joined by great doctors and nurses in his practice. He is easy to schedule an appointment with and does not diagnose without hearing all details of the ailment. His office is clean and his front desk ladies are great!
Longquist Mark Md is a good family doctor. My family & I have been patients of Dr. mark Lonquist's for several years now & have been pleased with his care. He is very thorough with his exams & has a good bedside manner. His practices caters to families & is very friendly. I will continue to use this office & recommend it to family & friends.
Doctor This is my personal doctor. He is a very very nice man. His office is always able to get me in at the last minute when needed. Very friendly and courteous staff.
Happy with the office Often times when you try to get an appointment. with a Dr. the office says they can get you in...this is NOT the case with this office. They have always been able to squeeze me in. I have not yet actually gone to Dr. Feldman but have been seeing his Nurse Practitioner and have been very happy with the service and care I have received. The wait can be very long...but the care is great.
