Dr Dougherty is great no complaints about him the ladies at the front desk need to be better trained on phone etiquette extremely unprofessional and the only way I get them to answer the phone is usually on the 2nd or 3rd time calling back to back then get put on hold to hear one of them literally pick up the phone and hang it up don’t bother to put it to their ear and see if someone is on hold they need to do better !!!
Doctor Dougherty is great, down to earth, realist and to the point. I don't feel rushed here during visits. Efficient, Friendly but Busy staff. Sometime they don't answer calls but most of the time they do. They make time to see you if you really need to get in on short notice.
Dr. Dougherty is EVERYTHING you need! He is a very charismatic, charming and FAITHFUL man who consistently goes above and beyond for his patient(s) with no measure. He never rushes and always knows the right answers to leading problems. He’s an incredible preventative medicine man and always finds alternatives based on your desires and health views.
