Very friendly staff. Doctor Dougherty Explains things very clearly. Listens to my concerns. Doctor Dougherty takes his time , very personable. Great guy , and doctor . Would highly recommend him .
AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS! The office staff is intentionally difficult to reach, they answer their phone 0% of the time. After 5 days of no responses to my prescription request, I resorted to taking time off work and showing up in person to see what was going on. I ended up catching both the receptionist and medical assistant LYING to my face about whether they received my prescription request. I have been calling the office since last week, and left one message for a return call. I call at different times of the day thinking that they may be busy, but it doesn't matter, they don't answer their phones at all. Very frustrating. ☹️
Brought my husband who had injured his back and was in severe pain, I dropped him off close to the entance and then parked. When I entered the office he was being seen, the receptionist asked Can I help you?" I said No thank you, "Im waiting for my husband." As I went to sit down She says again this time very Sharp and Nasty, "Can I help you!?" I again said "Im waiting for my husband" She was so nasty, I just went and sat in my car.
