I have been calling the office since last week, and left one message for a return call. I call at different times of the day thinking that they may be busy, but it doesn't matter, they don't answer their phones at all. Very frustrating. ☹️
Brought my husband who had injured his back and was in severe pain, I dropped him off close to the entance and then parked. When I entered the office he was being seen, the receptionist asked Can I help you?" I said No thank you, "Im waiting for my husband." As I went to sit down She says again this time very Sharp and Nasty, "Can I help you!?" I again said "Im waiting for my husband" She was so nasty, I just went and sat in my car. Dr Dougherty is extremely professional attentive and caring (PS ik he’s happily married but he can get it any day 🥵🫠)
