Very unprofessional behavior. Extremely rude and toxic staff.
Dr. Doherty does an amazing job! He's very well known for his work. He called me personally, a couple days after my surgery. Then they sent me a really nice flower arrangement. I would recommend him to anyone. They're very thorough and thoughtful.
I wasn’t crazy about how this office handles insurance, charging the full amount of nearly $3k rather than the copay, putting an extra burden on the patient because “it takes a long time to collect from the insurance company.” It’s equally long for the patient to await the refund and possibly a bigger financial challenge for the patient. Having had different treatment for other high cost dental surgeries this practice seems extreme.
