I wasn’t crazy about how this office handles insurance, charging the full amount of nearly $3k rather than the copay, putting an extra burden on the patient because “it takes a long time to collect from the insurance company.” It’s equally long for the patient to await the refund and possibly a bigger financial challenge for the patient. Great experience getting my implant done by Dr. Doherty. From beginning to end felt that I was in good hands. Even was surprised by a flower bouquet delivery sent from him and my regular dentist Dr. Burnham after surgery.
Dr.Doherty and his staff are professional and compassionate and made a less than positive experience as comfortable as it could be. Very grateful for their great care and Dr Doherty is an expert at his craft .
I recently had the first step of my dental implant procedure and it went great. They took excellent care of me (I’m extremely claustrophobic) and I had no pain after the implant was put in. Highly recommend. Dr. Doherty, and ALL of his staff! 😁
