Dr. Dinn and his staff are wonderful! I am extremely pleased with the aesthetic dentistry and crown I received. Dr. Dinn, his assistant and dental hygienist are proficient, professional, efficient and personable. The receptionist always provides a warm welcome. A great team! I highly recommend this office!
Amazing staff! I neglected my oral care for a few years due to insurance restrictions. Nicole, my hygienist, was incredible and painless. I have very sensitive gums and teeth. Not only did my cleaning go well, Dr. Dinn had an incredible "chairside"manner. He is very imformative, PAINLESS, helpful, and gives a patient a plan. If you need him, he and his staff will be there. Thanks so much for accommodating an anxious patient. Thumbs up - 5 stars!
Very disappointed in Dr. Dinn's lack of interest in my situation. The only solution he had for a chipped tooth that he filled & after lasting a few months, was a ridiculously expensive veneer that I'm very sorry that I cannot afford. He refused to refill it even after I told him that it was cutting my tongue. His sister who runs the office, was rude & short with me after I explained that the filling didnt't last. She didn't want to hear about it & he did not stand behind his work. Unacceptable.
Saw Dr. Dinn less than 2 yrs ago when I had MassHealth. First appt for xrays and cleaning went well with hygienist. Second appt was painless but he worked on 5 teeth in one go and said i didn't need any additional appt. At present most of the work is falling apart. I do not recommend him unless you have good insurance.
