The worst company to ever have to contact. 9/10 reps have no knowledge on processes, misinform customers, harass and antagonize while you’re merely trying to make a payment. The supervisor Carlos is equally as juvenile and incompetent. All reps refuse to connect you with someone above them as they likely have too many complaints about the LACK of customer service.
