I would highly recommend everyone to NOT engage business with Mayra Ascencio and the broker, Michael Dilsaver, they work together on overstate property square footage. Mayra was my buyer agent in purchasing a property in San Marino, CA. During closing, I have asked her verbally and in text regarding square footage discrepancies, she insisted that her square footage was accurate and that the county's square footage was not.
