Booked a quote and the De Pinto employee walked out within 5 minutes of turning up after I said I purchased the split system myself. “Nip not interested “ it was an error in communication, Michael phoned later to explain why they don’t deal with the brand of a/c I bought. It was professional, courteous and honourable of him to call personally and explain the situation. Although they are not able to help me I would recommend them for the honesty and professionalism.
I would not recommend this business. I have been left with extensive damage to my home & have had to deal with air - cons that do not function properly for over 9 months. This has been a very long & difficult exchange to say the least. And is still ongoing. This is something that no one should ever have to endure when dealing with local businesses.
Poor workmanship on installation (no intermediate filters fitted, damaged unit, donkey tails leaking) Poor communication (multiple requests for solution ignored) Poor quality of product (damage on arrival) Unprofessional and no follow up process on multiple issues and source to rectify (lacking any customer service) Would NOT RECOMMEND DePinto for any work due to the lack of care, attention, or customer service. Advise people to consider using an alternative professional installer.
