We found our dream home and could not have done it without Mike’s help! His expertise and relationship with the lender, title company, and sellers agent made this transaction so smooth for us! Everyone always talks about how stressful the home buying process is, but that was not the case for us whatsoever. We were informed every step of the way and knew upfront what out-of-pocket costs to expect so that there were no surprises! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience as first time homebuyers!

Wow. Mike Depalma #The ....It would take to long to tell all the details here, but why waste your time with another realtor. It was crunch time. I was stressed out with only a little hope.
