After going to another doctor. I’m feeling very uncomfortable with my care there. I saw Dr. Dannenberg. he took the time to spend with me explained everything to me, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I’m so glad that I found him.
Great doctor but overshadowed by awful office staff. Office is chronically overbooked. Prepare to wait at least an hour every time you go. Office staff leave sign at front as to how late he is running and then looks at you blankly when you ask them to consider calling upcoming patients to alert you to come even 15 minutes later. Disgusting disrespect for time of others. I can tolerate occasional delays understanding that someday it may be my turn to be fit in schedule last minute. But this is chronic overbooking.
Now I understand the four-month advance booking. Kindest, gentlest and most thorough health provider under whose care I have had the pleasure to be placed. Dr. Dannenberg listened to every concern with the utmost patience never hurrying to shuffle off to the next patient. No superlative would be too much to bestow upon Dr. Dannenberg. Best dermatologist I have ever seem. Listened to me and is very polite. He looked at me when I was speaking and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Very knowledgeable too. His staff is super friendly and polite. They run a very nice office. It is pretty too. Professional and warm.
Office staff is awful. Dr. has zero concern for his patient's well-being
