My Father was seen by you on 11/10/2021 11:20 PM. My father was in excruciating pain do to a right hernia. His hernia was grossly large, very red rash that looked worse than any diaper rash I have ever seen. You took one look at him, talked for a brief moment and stated I will get you a REFERRAL to a General Surgeon. What you may not have known, my father has AFIB and Congestive Heart Failure.
