Unprofessional
We love Dr Wong! It's such a relief to have a longtime pro who isn't constantly trying to upsell me. I actually feel very relaxed at my appointments with him and love the 1:1 experience. At larger clinics I feel like you barely see your dentist, but with Dr Wong you get his undivided attention for your whole appointment.
Unfortunately, I share the same displeasure of working with Michael Wong that many other reviews have posted about. I was the last patient of the day and it was clear that Dr. Wong wanted to wrap up the day as soon as possible, resulting in the quickest dental cleaning + oral exam I have ever had — under 15 minutes in and out.
