Always able to get appt and has helped heal my plantar fasciitis!!!
Billing problems. I payed my Copay and the insurance paid them their part. They tried to make me pay what the insurance didn’t pay. They lied and said the insurance didn’t pay them anything at all when I had a copy of the claim receipt that showed that they were payed 5 weeks ago. I think they are “double dipping “which is against Medicare Regulations. The billing department is Rude, Aggressive, Demanding and Liars. The Physician’s Staff refused to help.me. Not only is Dr. Weiss a wonderful MD, his staff is second to none! Courteous, on time, helpful, they go to the ends of the earth to help you. He brought me back from the brink of disaster, I almost lost my foot and I looked forward to every visit. Reggie, Stephanie, Shirley and so many more. they forgot to finish job, & left me sitting in room 2 hrs , nurse helper forgot i was in there. Today ,i drive 25 miles ,1 way, nobody in waiting room, 1:45 pm apt. waited 40 min in waiting room, then 3 others came in, then some lady walks in, gets to go in , ahead of everybody else.then I waited 1 hr 40, min in exam room. had a 4 pm dentist apt, so i had to leave.
