Come here if you want surprise bills month down the line. They kept blaming all errors on their system and said anything to explain away the failures on their end. If their system is as bad as they say it is, why is it in charge of everyone's medical bills and private information? Sincerely will not be coming back as their internal affairs seem out of order and the people at the front desk told me "I honestly don't know how to answer that question Sam" when I pointed out that they were telling me incorrect info.
Good surgeon. Staff does not communicate the estimate properly so don’t be surprised if you have to pay more then what they tell you needs to be paid.
The miserable old lady who answers the phone is rude & has NO CLUE what she’s doing. Truly a joke. She seems to cost your business thousands, based on other bad reviews about her :( that’s too bad. Hope she has a better day! The drive to indy is definitely worth it for REAL care! :)
