Dr. Trotter is a top shelf Urolohist. He makes you feel comfortable and at the same time gives a thorough and understandable plan of care as well as a realistic expectation prognosis. One of the best Uros in Austin.
Dr. Trotter has an amazing office staff. I was greeting by a great smiling face at the front desk as well as when I checked out. Dr. Trotter took adequate time to address all my concerns.
Very rude and incompetent office staff. Dr. Trotter's policies are inflexible and non-compassionate.
I felt like he was genuinely concerned with my situation, treated it as soon as possible, explained the diagnosis and was firm with me, which I needed, to continue with treatments. He takes time with his patients, explaining everything he is doing and is extremely compassionate. I have cancer and I feel like I am in very capable hands.
