I called the office on Tuesday made an appointment gave them my insurance information and they stated if there was a problem with my insurance they would call me back. I've gone to Dr Michael Toups for over 20 years and my husband has seen and been happy with other doctors in their office as well. I go to the Sawdust location. They have state-of-the-art equipment, office is clean, wait time is minimal, staff is great, and all my questions are answered. I have never had a bad experience. I have recommended them to a few people and each has been happy with Eye Trends.
