I called the office on Tuesday made an appointment gave them my insurance information and they stated if there was a problem with my insurance they would call me back. On Thursday at 11:00 a.m. I called the office to verify my appointment and they asked for my insurance again which I provided and they stated they had the wrong number and that they would check and verify again and if there was a problem they would get back to me. Mike Toups is the best!
I've gone to Dr Michael Toups for over 20 years and my husband has seen and been happy with other doctors in their office as well. I go to the Sawdust location. They have state-of-the-art equipment, office is clean, wait time is minimal, staff is great, and all my questions are answered. I have never had a bad experience. I have recommended them to a few people and each has been happy with Eye Trends.
We have been going to Dr Michael toups for more years than I can remember. He is very professional, thorough and knows what he is doing. Everyone there is the same. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
Best optomitrist for the whole family! We love Dr. Toups!
