Brought my child here when she was three. They insisted I wait out in the waiting room where I could not see what he and his assistant were doing in the exam which I told them I did not like. Called me a "nervous mother" while laughing . My daughter ended up peeing in the dentist chair because she was so frightened.People at the front desk weren't friendly when I objected to this separation. Never went back. Have used Dr. Switkes as a dentist for my three children since the oldest was 3 - she is now 21, and we're down to the youngest of the girls. He has always been professional and kind to them - and me. The two older ones were in no hurry to transition out when they got too old - he had to kick them out! The youngest still prefers him over his new partner and always wants to see Dr. Michael. When there has been a problem I have always been called back, but those have been few and far between.
