Great office! I had a wonderful cleaning. The doctor and the entire staff were very nice and friendly. I have always tried to avoid having to go to the dentist, but this was a great experience.
My experience at Dr. Scherer's office was outstanding. The entire staff was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable and at ease. I had the most through exam I have ever had with a dentist. Dr. Scherer spent a great amount of personal time explaining my treatment needs. I would highly recommend this office.
no compassion or understanding towards a mom in a bind with two kids! Refused to see me, and I was a well established client in the practice he bought! I drove a hour & a half for the appt, wasn't late and they knew my circumstances and that I was no longer going to have dental insurance, yet they still turned me away because my babysitter bailed on me last minute and I had no where for my kids to go!!!
