I have seen Dr. Robinson for MANY YEARS now with surgeries performed, I first got him when my doctor left the practice and I rolled into his patient list , not knowing this doctor will purposely not fill out paperwork correctly that ends up costing you big-time in the end with Workmens Comp cases!!!! , I always show up early for my appointments yet ALWAYS wait at least an hour to see him, then once seen it seems rushed especially for the time waited to see him , office can’t seem to keep paper work separated for multiple cas... read more

I've seen him twice for an as yet undiagnosed problem with my leg that is severely impacting my ability to get around. I was kept waiting for 45 minutes after my scheduled time even though I arrived early, I was given medications and a P/T order and a follow up appointment for a month away; the medication worked for 1 day and a half then I was in pain again. So I called to speak to the doctor because he told me if the treatment didn't work he would schedule an imaging appointment. Instead of letting me speak to the doctor vi... read more

I've had back issues for several years. Over the years Dr. Barry Krauhaar has helped me with numerous back issues and I highly recommend him. On my last few visits to Dr. Kraushaar, he did numerous tests and determined the issue I was having now is different than what he had to address previously. He referred me to Dr. Michael Robinson for pain management. I met with him once where he reviewed my tests. He recommended a procedure that would need to be done twice, and if effective, he would do an ablasion on my back that woul... read more

I have seen Dr Robinson a number of times. He is always very attentive and explains everything.I had radio frequency ablation 7/12/21. My back feels great. The nurses and staff were wonderful. They were very caring and considerate. I highly recommend Ramapo Valley Surgical Center.

The Doctor and all his staff were wonderful. From the moment I walked into his office until I saw the Doctor EVERYONE was professional and reassuring. I never felt rush by Dr. Robinson and I felt he cared about my being better. Kudos to all in this practise. I appreciated it very much.

I don't know who those other people were reviewing, but it is not the same doctor I know. Dr. Robinson has been treating me for many years now and has always been courteous and professional. He always answers all my questions and I have NEVER felt rushed. The procedures he has performed on my back and neck have helped immensely and I will not hesitate to see him again.

I have been seeing Dr. Robinson for over 15 years. He is an outstanding doctor. He listens, is very helpful, and he never rushes me. Some of the negative comments I've seen here do not at all describe my experience with Dr. Robinson or his staff in Monroe.

I waited 1 hour, 40 minutes to see the doctor. It took 3 days to get my RX to the pharmacy mostly because of poor service and the office not returning calls. They did not submit the spinal injection procedure to my insurance until 3 days before, though it was scheduled a month earlier. Had I not intervened it may not have been approved on time. After the injection did not help, I called. They said the doc would call me. 3 days. No call. I have found a new doc.
