Yesterday I had an appointment with NP Josh and Naima. I ended up having a minor medical procedure, which was quite painful. Everything was explained to me. Josh checked on me several times. They were both very kind. They made an awful experience as loving and kind and caring as possible.
Dr Purkis and his staff are the nicest office I’ve ever been in. I have been in many doctors offices over the last 50 years and worked in a lot of them, never seen and office nicer or more efficiently run.
I am shocked to see some of the low ratings for Dr. Purkis. I have been his patient since moving here 7 years ago. Dr. Purkis has always been so approachable and kind. He was the first to catch my prostate cancer early through blood tests. Anytime any one of my lab results shows a problem he has corasponded with me and I have nothing but praise to give this wonderful Doctor! Hi ratings should be 5.0! James Griffith
Used to be a great practice but has fallen way below par. Apparently I have diabetes but didn't find out until a year later when the receptionist called to schedule my annual appointment. WOW! What great communication. They also denied my blood pressure medication since I haven't been in for a year even though I couldn't make one earlier because they had no availability for over a month. Do yourself a favor and find a different family practice as I am planning to do so also.
been here a few years now. staf is very nice and friendly. they have always been helpful.
