Michael D. Paulsell was assigned to me for an endoscopy procedure. I expressed that I was scared of being knocked out for an endoscopy. He didn't say anything about it. I emailed the company through the portal. He was able to do it with a numbing spray for back of the throat and a mild sedation than being knocked out.
