very gentle and competent care
Does a gr at work up and explains conservative options and more invasive options if needed!
You have to have a LOT of confidence in someone who is going to slice into your foot and cut out a piece of your bone and replace it with an artificial implant. I certainly had that much confidence in Dr. Kotzen who was both serious about the work as well as warm and comforting. That would get him four stars, but, when there was an emergency, he actually came to my house to tend to the post op foot. Wow. I highly recommend him.
